Does this sentence sound OK?

Hi,

Changes in the TAC level reduced significantly in the groups exposed to the light intensities of 300, 5000, and 8000 lux after 7 days compared to the control group.

Thanks!

Are you saying there are now fewer changes in the TAC levels now? " Alone, "reduced" requires an object. So you are saying that the changes reduced something.

Consider how you are using "reduced." Alone, "reduced" requires an object. So you are saying that the changes reduced something.

Maybe you mean the passive. Changes were reduced. I'm not sure what you are trying to say. I hope these comments help you word your sentence so you can express what you mean.
