Hi,

This information will assure product compliance with the documentation (=that is, all product properties must be reflected in the documents).

Can I say compliance here, or do I have to use reflect?
Can I use documentation instead of simply documents?

Thank you!

I fail to understand your sentence. How can 'information' assure anything?
0
I mean the information about change of materials, etc. when manufacture products. It can be useful for update of documentation that will be used for operations and maintenance.
So this information that we receive from another firm that changed materials, etc.,will assure the product compliance with the documentation.
Sorry for clumsiness.

Then this sounds OK:

This information will assure product compliance with the documentation.

Don't use 'reflect'!

And can I say "amendment to contract"?
I can't think of the right word for it.
I have a contract, but if I need to extend it both parties need to sign an amendment (a so-called supplementary contract, additional contract, amendment contract, collateral contract). Which one is better to choose?

How about 'rider to contract'? If not that, 'amended contract'?

Contract rider sounds great, thank you. Wasn't sure about this term.
