In one status of my friend on Facebook, he wrote: "Thanks everyone". I think it should be: "Thanks, everyone" or "thanks to everyone," but I'm not sure. Is it okay to say that? I've seen a lot of people use it, including my English teacher.

Me, too. Omiting the comma seems illiterate to many of us. Always include it.
