does this sentence need commas

does this sentence need commas around "in part": Conservation of XX (building) was supported, in part, by YY (Organization Name), with contributions from the ZZ (donor name) and WW (donor name).

Hi, I wouldn't bother with commas. Are you sure you really need say 'in part'? It doesn't seem to add anything to the sentence.

I wouldn't bother with commas.

Are you sure you really need say 'in part'? It doesn't seem to add anything to the sentence.
