Does this sentence make sense?

Animal testing presents an unreasonable matter that has a certain ethical aspect to it.

Anonymous Animal testing presents an unreasonable matter that has a certain ethical aspect to it. To me, "an unreasonable matter" is not a useful collocation. You may take an unreasonable position on a matter, or hold an unreasonable opinion on a matter, but it makes no sense to me to say that the matter itself is unreasonable.
