Does this question mean that people asking you how many boxes of pizza you want or if we have got any boxes of pizza?

A: Have pizza at home?

B: yes

A: How many?

I don't understand the question entirely.

A; Have pizza at home? (What does this mean? Do you have pizza at home? Do you want to eat pizza at home?

B: How many? (Now it looks like the person at a pizza place is asking if you want to have pizza at home. That would be called "Take Out."

A: Now it looks like you are buying pizza. This little conversation doesn't make good sense
