Does this phrase sound natural?

The latest version of the software doesn't support the ImageResize feature anymore which causes images to not show up in a proper size.


or does it sound better to use?


"...causes images not to be sized properly."


I mean the image size in pixels.

Yes. This is definitely better.

You need a comma after 'anymore' (i.e., before 'which').
