It is not clear. I think you need legal counsel to write contract language. For example, the word "undertake" is probably not enforceable, just as "try" is not, either.

It is not clear. I think you need legal counsel to write contract language. For example, the word "undertake" is probably not enforceable, just as "try" is not, either.
