Does this look okay?
Hello! Are these two sentences okay and understandable?
The gambler is entitled to use only such checking accounts which have been opened on his or her name and credit cards issued on his or her name. The gambler is not entitled to use checking accounts and debit cards opened on the name of and issued for the third persons.
