Does this look okay?

Cheese “Swiss”, produced according to a special recipe, is a semi-hard Swiss-style cheese which is characterized by its wide holes or “eyes” which makes the cheese especially tempting. The cheese is matured for 100 days in special cheese cellars and in a certain temperature which makes the cheese creamy, sweet and sour.

Thank you a lot!
