Does this essay have a conclusion??

Free will is defined as the ability to form opinions and express them without reserve. Thomas Negel said "actions seem no longer assignable to individual agents as sources, but become instead components of the flux of events in the world of which the agent is a part." Our actions are always determined by internal and external causes, but we are free to choose what we want because our choices usually come from the (our) internal desires. Sometimes tough circumstances try to can hamper prohibt our desires and opinions, in that which case we should face them and try as much as possible to avoid their effects and don't now let them to be the dominators of dominate our actions. Negel adds "... the agent and everything about him seems to be swallowed up by the circumstances of action." Antecedent conditions shouldn't determine our freedom to choose, and we shouldn't be affected by them. According to Negel, "a free action shouldn't be determined by antecedent conditions." Furthermore, Kierkegaard states "The external standpoint at once holds out the hope of genuine autonomy, and snatches it away." The external opinions that we hear from others destroy the hope of having autonomy, so we shouldn't be silly and accept just anything.

Meanwhile, Mill contends "One whose desires and impulses are not his own has no character." It seems that anyone who can't control his desires and hopes by on his own, can't choose what he wants. A genius can be effective and active only in the environment that allows the individuals to express their ideas and opinions, and as far as Mill is concerned "It will not be denied by anybody anyone, that originality is a valuable element in human affairs." Originality is an essential element in humans' people's lives, and no one can prove that originality stands against our freedom. Nowadays, all strata of the society live under the supervision of the state's agencies. Mill argues "In our times, from the highest class of the society down to the lowest, everyone lives under the eye of a hostile and dreaded censorship." Before doing anything, we need to know who we are and think if that whether some action is suitable or not, or if we are want to do any action we must be capable of doing to do it. According to Negel, "In order to do anything we must already be something."

Our actions mustn't be harmful to the others, and our liberty must be bound by laws in order to keep the society in balance. Again, Mill tells us "The liberty of the individual must be thus far limited; he mustn't must not make himself a nuisance to other people." and adds "He who does anything because it is the custom, makes no choice." Anyone who chooses to adopt customs has no choice to think freely and choose what he wants. Finally, we may be forced to do things we don't want because of the circumstances and outer external pressure. Negel states "We may act without being free, and we may doubt other's the freedom of others without doubting that they act."
