A graduate of New York University, Cindy Sanders earned her bachelor's degree in Health and Nutrition in 1999. She then trained as a professional dietitian, specialising in paediatric obesity, and has worked across several hospitals throughout both California and the East Coast. She then went on to work for two years in the US military, where she helped soldiers maintain a high fat diet as part of their intensive training regimes. After a highly successful career helping millions of people lose weight, Cindy has now gracefully retired to her local gym in Boston, where every month she gives back to society by hosting a series of ketogenic diet classes designed to help out women in her local community. In her free time, Cindy likes cooking, blogging, walking and spending time with her family.
