Does this count as a dangling infinitive?

Here is the sentence:

"To compete in today's digital world, a business needs a strong online presence."


Also, would it be incorrect if I were to modify it like this?:

"A strong online presence is needed to compete in today's digital world."


One more thing: where would you place "one year ago" in this sentence so that the meaning is clear?

"No business could have predicted one year ago the impact this was going to have on the world."

Or:

"No business one year ago could have predicted the impact this was going to have on the world."
