Does these two paragraph make sense?? THANK YOU!!!

I am working on my August schedule and trying to set up agency calls so when I start August 3th, I can go out and be productive. Last time you were here you mention that you will be coming in again in the middle of August. So per your schedule below are you coming in to IL on August 10-12? Also, do you have any agencies in mind that you want to see while being here?

I am driving down to Dubuque, IA on Tusday to meet with Maggie. She had set up some appointmenets in Dubuque area, and then we will drive down to Davenport area and see some more agencies including Ruhl & Ruhl. I am looking forward to meet her and go over with her a list of questions that I had prepare.

This all makes sense. There's not much wrong, just a few minor grammatical and spelling mistakes: I am working on my August schedule and trying to set up agency calls so when I start on August 3 , [or "August 3rd", and "on" is optional (it's preferred in BrE, but I'm not sure about AmE), but "on August 3" is consistent with the style you used later. I wouldn't personally use a comma here, but it's not actually wrong to do so] I can go out and be productive.
