Does these sentences make sense?

"As exemplified in X, to exploit such information, it has to be assured that it is statistically significant. Since our system relies on such measurements to suggest more optimised versions of the functions, we have to assure such property."

On sentence 1:
Is it clear that I mean the information to be statistically significant?
On sentence 2:
Is it clear that "such property" refers to the "statistically significant" of sentence 1?

Thanks a lot

Thank you Mr Micawber.
However isn't the sentence too long?

Can i split it like this:

"As exemplified in X, to exploit such information, it must be statistically significant; so we must assure this, since our system relies on such measurements to suggest more optimised versions of the functions."

Not at all; many of us use big sentences as well as big words.
