Does these sentences correct?
Milestones
1. Find the stability region of 7-point RK method and 8-point RK method for eight-order BDEs.
2. Write thesis and do some preparation for thesis submission.
3. Do some preparation for presenting paper at ABC Conference.
4. Do some preparation for presenting paper at DEF Conference.
Research report
1. I have found the 7-point and 8-point RK method's stability region for eight-order BDEs.
2. I am still writing thesis and doing some preparation for thesis submission.

I don't understand what you mean by 'milestones' and 'research report'. The first 4 statements are related to the second 4 statements, but the titles make no sense to me.

Ok just ignore the title. The first four statements are my target for this semester that to be accomplished. The other four statements are the statements to mention that I have done all my targets and just still writing thesis. Actually this is my research’s report. How about the grammar? Thanks sir..
