Does the sentence sound OK?

Dear friends,

Does this sound OK?

However, the name did not have any relevance to its actual location until 1980, after which many more courts were added around the and it ended up pretty much in the middle, subsequently.
Thanks,
Vijay

Hi, However, the name did not have any relevance to its actual location until 1980 when many more courts were added around the Centre Court and it ended up pretty much in the middle. is how I would phrase it. If you want to include 'subsequently', you'll need a comma after 'Centre Court'.
