Does the sentence make sense?
Two guys are talking...
Guy 1: I'm having a party tomorrow. You should come by.
Guy 2 doesn't look too interested, but nods as if he'll consider it.
Does the last sentence make sense or would you write it differently?

I can't see how I can nod as if I'll consider it. To nod is to accept the invitation. Maybe, "Guy 2 gives a little shrug as if he'll consider it."
