1. Does "does the price include the late prince's lawsuit, as well?" mean:

a. if I buy it for this price, should I also deal with the court file opened by the dead prince against it?

or

b. Is not the dead prince's sue of you the reason that you want to sell it now?

2. Does "well, you will have to get it from someone else" mean

a. I can not buy it, you have to find another customer

or
