Does the ordering matter here?

Does the ordering matter here?

I know that I can say this:

I can speak about anything with no problems.

But If I change the ordering a bit:

I can speak with no problems about anything.

I think it's correct and there's an emphasis upon the phrase "with no problems". But what do you think? Is that the case?
