Does the context sound native and natural?

Context:

I conduct history classes at a small Saturday Russian school in Edinburgh, covering the topic about relation between the UK and the USSR. I have come across a reference to Winston Churchill’s speech at the House of Commons on the 25th of December 1959 dedicated to the 80th http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Stalin anniversary. Could you, please, kindly advise if it would be possible to obtain the text of this speech for educational purposes, providing all necessary referencing. —V.D., Edinburgh
