Does the below sentence make sense?

Please tell me if I can use "write" as a verb before the disease. If possible, what will it end up meaning?

You can write the diseases with God given immune systems.

What does it sound like? Does it make any sense to you?

Could you possibly mean "right"?
Like "right a wrong"?

Even if you did, you don't "right" a disease, though.

Your own immune system will be able to beat this disease. -- Possible rewrite.

"***-given immune system" will be very odd to many people. If you insist on using it, use a hyphen.
