Does that sound English?

Hello,

I have written a small thing which has to be absolutely perfectEmotion: smile No mistake at all and understandable Emotion: stick out tongue
Could you tell me if that sounds English and if the English is correct?
Being a football club, your Web site must be a really important medium of communication for reaching your supporters but must also allow you to generate a real source of income thanks to advertising.

Thanks in advance

it is OK, but I'd say too many words for my ideal of clear English Style! I guess it depends what your primary purpose is, I guess it is to sell advertising? Being a football club, your Web site is a really important medium for communiating with your supporters but it can also allow you to generate income, thanks to advertising.

"Being a football club, your Web site must be a really important..."

I know many English speakers use this type of construction and that it seems to be widely accepted. But is it not an example of what is called "misrelated participle"?
Shouldn't the subject of the non-finite clause and that of the finite clause be the same in order for that sentence to be grammatically correct?
