I’ll need a few minutes to get in my bomb shelter, where I should be safe from your brain's toxic fallout, in the rare case that you should (or 'do', or omit 'should', or something else entirely?) score a 36.

You're referring to the second should, I believe. Yes, it belongs. It can be omitted, but there's no need to do so. It's sometimes called "evaluative" should. It's often used after if or its equivalents (like in the case that).
