Does she mean 'percentile'?

Does the person mean 50 percentile? I read this online.
Is this natural? Would you say it differently?

My baby is in the 50% for everything, and is totally healthy.

Thank you in advance

" "In the 50%" is not a common usage, and is probably just her way of writing the other phrase casually and quickly.
