Does she consider the number?

Hi,

Happy New Year Everyone! Even though it may sound a little late.

There was a staff working at my workplace but she quit the job a few ago.

She was a manager.

After her quit, I tried to call her a few times in order to ask something related the work.

But she wouldn't answer to the workplace number.

Someone asked whether "she is considering the number( of the workplace)?" Even though I am not sure whether I heard it correctly.

I am just wondering about the expression in such a case.

Thanks.
