Does 'same person' have double meanings?

In a scene in the comedy Hot Fuzz (2007), 2 guys talk about a man (Lurch), who is bulky and has mental retardation.
Guy 1 says Lurch lives with his mother and sister.
Guy 2 then asks if they are as big as Lurch is.
Guy 1 replies: "Same person"
Given the tongue in cheek nature of the movie I know it is implied that his mother and his sister are the same person. But I wonder if 'same person' can have a different, non-incestuous, meaning, i.e. they are 2 different people who have the same body build as Lurch does?
