Does P.O. Box come first? (Guest:Vons)

I am wondering is anyone here can tell me how to write an evenlope? I am a college student, and my friend in the U.S.A. is planning to write to me. should the class stuff be ahead of the P.O.box stuff? is it okay to say

English major class 003,
P.O. box 101,

or should it be reversed? thanks

Keep that order as hitchhiker says.

In case anyone wants to know:
P.O. Box means 'Post Office Box'.
