Why does she put so much effort.Why she put so much effort.Please explain a little bit when to use does or do and when without it I am very much confused please explain through any type of explanation and meaning too.

Why does she put in so much effort?

For "why" questions (similar principles apply to other types of question):

If there is an auxiliary or modal verb, or the main verb is "be", move this before the subject, e.g.:

She has put in so much effort. -> Why has she put in so much effort?
She will put in so much effort. -> Why will she put in so much effort?
She was late for work. -> Why was she late for work?

Otherwise (i.e. simple present and simple past of verbs other than "be"), insert the appropriate inflection of the verb "do" and change the main verb to the infinitive form, e.g.:

She makes so much effort. -> Why does she make so much effort?
They make so much effort. -> Why do they make so much effort?
She made so much effort. -> Why did she make so much effort?
