Does it sound right?

That´s me again ... does it sound right?

1) The employee was aware of how the objectives set by the Director were communicated/disseminated through the Division.

2) Examples of different communication means within the Division were given.

3) However, the Auditee was not aware that this communication process was documented in InstructionX

4) It is recommended that the Auditee should review the Instruction X to become familiar with it.

5) In regard to Customer Feedback Procedure, the employee stated that compliments received from the client had been forwarded to Sales Department. However, the Auitee was not sure whether this was the right practice, i.e. if he was complying with the Procedure.

Hi Ritinha,

I did not forget the 'should'; as a speaker of AmE, I deleted it in favour of the subjunctive, because to my ears it sounds redundant. The 'should + infinitive' form is preferred over the subjunctive in BrE, I understand.

The upshot is, both verb forms are fine.
