Does it sound OK?

Hello there i was wondering if you could help me out
Does this sentence sound OK?

Are you content with a knowledge that your ISP will be forced to spy on you?

or is it better to say

Are you content knowing that your ISP will be forced to spy on you?

What i meant was to ask whether one is happy knowing that one would get spied on by ISP =)

What would be the best variant with the word "content"
Sincerely yours,
Alex

Thanx,
Is "content" not suitable here?
0
content == happy and satisfied with what one has, satisfied
e.g.
She is content with her new job.
Are you content with our services?

In the given context, it is a matter of being comfortable because the person has to involuntarily compromise with his/her privacy.
