Does it sound natural?

Hi,
Does it sound natural to say 'You are shameless!' to somebody?
Is it also very colloquial?

Thanks.

Hi Mr. Tom,
Could you please tell me the difference between 'shame on you' and
'You're shameless'?
Thanks.

Shame on you/him etc

It is a very informal expression. It is used to say that someone should feel ashamed for something (wrong) they have said or done. For example:

You hit that old man. Shame on you!

Shameless is an adjective. It means that the person does not feel ashamed of something he has done wrong.
