Does it sound native-like to you? no.3

Dear All,

Well, here comes another question in my little series on "polish your English and make your English more native-like" I hope it's/that'snot a pipe dream that can't be made true... Emotion: wink

Anyway. How would you change the following sentences?
  • He's a teacher by profession. It's/this is/that's his job and this is why/that's why he came to this country.
  • His job is teaching English.
  • His job/profession is to teach English. (this one sounds awkward)
Ah, it's such a pain in the neck for me to decide which one should be used...

Thanks,
