This small dialogue has been cut out of (from?) a not English speaking film script. Does it sound good? Could you correct, please.

W: - There is nothing more disgusting than drunk woman. M: - Have not you ever been drunk? W: - No, I've not. M: - I always wanted to ask you: how did the women like you become the directors of big companies? W: - It is not what you think about. M: - I said nothing. W: - However, you thought. Of course, the good people were helping me, I have been trusted in, I have been believed. M: - Is that all? W: - That is all.
