Does it make sense?

Seated-test and unseat-induction flushing to keep the toilet as clean as new.
Hi. The red part is meant to express the toilet can sensor your movements either you sit on it or leave the seat. When you leave it, it flushes automatically.
Does the "Seated-test and unseat-induction flushing" make sense or work? If not, how do you express it in natural English?

No, it doesn't make any sense. "Automatic flushing when you get up from the seat" would make sense (wot, no time to wipe your ***?). I'm not clear what, if anything, is suppose to happen when you sit down.
