Dear sir
My intention of writing this letter is to sincerely ask for your permission to complete grade 12 in TIS.
I am currently studying grade 12 in Ireland. But lately I found out that I have to complete grade 13 in order to start university. On the other hand TIS is a much better choice because I can finish my high school without wasting another year. And also I am planning to attend university in Canada. Finishing high school under a Canadian curriculum would make a huge impact on my future.
