Does it feel natural?

" Through learning, they have mastered professional knowledge, cultivated a great sense of math, and developed a keen interest upon it, with being ranked as excellent in their score reports."

just feel the sentence informal and awkward............

It does not make much sense. I will try to understand what you are saying, especially "professional knowledge" Through study, they have attained the knowledge equal to the best professionals in their disciplines. They not only understand the math but have a keen interest in it, and their test scores have been excellent.
