Does he have to...? Yes, he does./Yes, he has to.

Dear all,
Now here I have a question:

A:Does he have to...?
B:Yes, he does. or
Yes, he has to.

As to your question, both are correct, but what comes more naturally to me is 'yes he does'. 'Yes, he has to' might be used to be more emphatic.
