Does Grammar-Dictionary exists??

There are some books that are in alphabetical order and people like Micheal Swan you often look a word rather than (for example often and it will tell you about the parts of speech, uses with examples) but I haven't come across any recommended grammar book claiming to be a dictionary of grammar.
