Does every sentence need a subject?

I just posted this sentence "Watched Alyssa put hot water into a bowl with this stuff. But no idea what this is. Cocoa Frosties?"
However, I was told this wasn't grammatical, I should have said "I watched" instead of beginning with "Watched", but I think this is perfectly grammatical because every sentence doesn't have a subject, imperative sentences like "Open the door" and "Answer the phone" don't have a subject but they are grammatical. So my question is, is the sentence I posted really grammatical?
