Does " drug overdose" refer to "narcotic drug overdose" or "medicine overdose"?

Glee's fall premiere will be delayed a week following the death of star Cory Monteith, Fox announced Friday.
The show will premiere Sept. 26 at 9 p.m. ET. It was originally scheduled to premiere Sept. 19.
Fox said Friday that production on the show's fifth season has been delayed until early August, "in light of the tragic passing of beloved Glee cast member Cory Monteith."
Monteith died early Sunday morning in Vancouver from a drug overdose.
The British Columbia coroner called the deatha "most tragic accident" and noted that it stemmed from a mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol.
