Does / Do

Are these correct?

1. Do one of you guys have my keys? (How come this one is correc? 'One' is the subject?)

2. Does one of you guys have my keys? (What does this mean?)

What about #3 and #4? What do they mean?

3. One of you guys do have my keys.

4. One of you guys does have my keys.

Thanks.
