Does brief always mean not detailed?

Something can be detailed and brief at the same time depending on the context. I wonder why does google still list brief and detailed as antonyms?

Something brief can be detailed and something that is not detailed can still be long. Often, leaving out details is a way of making something brief.

It totally depends on the context?

I wonder are brief and detailed always antonyms?
