Does Bracket Prediction mean "comprehensive prediction"?
And "overall seed" mean "all-round seed player"?

See the picture below, there are four brackets in the competition and the teams are placed into those brackets according to their seed (ranking). Seeding gives an advantage to the higher-ranked teams, because they will avoid the other highly ranked teams until the later rounds. It's the same system used for the World Cup, Champions League and tennis tournaments (I think).
