Does anyone know this song?

I think it was in the 70's or 80's- by a female singer,? it is well known and it KIND OF goes something like this walking down the street and i see my reflection but i realise it is not my reflection. There might also be something about rain in there but i completly forgot except for very general words as mentioned above but they might not be exactly what is in that song... something of that sort. I would be very greatful. Thanks
