The “brain chain” from poor countries to rich ones is robbing essential human resource of poor nations such as doctors, nurses, engineers. This trend is predicted to continue eventually if not to get worst. Migrant workers are always attracted by wider choices of employments and more excellent opportunities in big foreign countries. With the globalization of world economy, it is said that this procedure cannot be prevented. Others, myself included, are of the opinion that certain passive measures should be taken to solve it. It is obviously difficult to limit human trends in the world, and it is probably foolish to try to stop it, but it need to make attempts to redress the balance.
