Does any one can help me to check if this is correct?
I hereby extend a very warm greeting from the Supervisory Board and Management, at the same time I would like to remind you that according to the assembly held on March 27, 2013, all owners agreed to pay an extraordinary fee of $35,000.00 pesos in the case of the apartments and $57,500.00 for the PH to collect money for the purchase of a new elevator equipment. The payment will be split in two the first one for (Apartments) $ 17,500.00 pesos / (PH) $ 28,875.00 Pesos to be paid on May 10 and the 2nd payment would be on August 10 for the same amount for each one. We invite you to cover the first payment of May 2013.
