Does a teacher watch sports?
Can a teacher tell me if 'blow the whistle easily' right in this situation?
In the past referees wouldn't blow the whistle as easily as today. Today at the slightest touch, the referee calls a foul. In the past, in basketball you could get hammered and it would be called a foul.
