Does a native English speaker know every word in an advanced learner's dictionary?

That is my question.

I am not a native speaker. But I would like to make my English level close to theirs.

I have been building up my vocabulary day and night. I would like to know if my goal is to make myself know every word in such a dictionary. (I know there are other aspects like talking, grammar, ... but I would like to ask about vocabulary learning at the moment.)

An advanced learners is good until you reach an advanced level. Then you will want to get a standard dictionary like the Concise Oxford or Webster's Collegiate.
