When it implies to the third singular person (he/she/it) we use "does" (remembering that we have to add 's' on the regular verbs, so, like "do" is a irregular verb, it's necessary put it at plural too, in this case "Does.")

Ex:

Do you go? (You it's the second singular person, and then "do " accompanies it.)
